Good find

With spider season upon us, I wanted to start getting the home sprayed and treated. I made a few calls and ended up going with Villa Hills Pest Management because of their reviews and the positive interaction on the phone.

The owner, Jeremy, provided a lot of helpful information and was very friendly/accommodating. Their prices are very competitive with other services and they stand by the their work, offering to come back out and spray again if any issues weren't taken care of. The technician who came out was also very helpful. He cleared away all problem areas and did a very thorough job.

All these positive reviews are legit- I've passed along their information to several people already. Good prices, good work, and very easy to interact with- exactly the way it should be.

This is our Pest Management company; been treating our house for a couple of years now and we couldn't be happier with them. Comes every other month to clean cobwebs and spray down the exterior of our home to keep the bugs out. And voila...no ants, no spiders, no crawling bugs anywhere. And if there is in between services, they'll come out to treat again, free of charge. Fortunately, we never had to take advantage of it, which is a testament to their quality of work.

I don't think it's a common thing to have continuous pest control (grew up with much worse problems than bugs), but it's an amazing service and affordable. It's an expense we would allocate for, most definitely. And we're really impressed with Villa Hills. Jeremy, owner, and Nick, his assistant, are both great and super friendly and thorough. They specialize in crawly things and rodents, but if you have other issues, they can refer you out to other amazing folks -- we had termite concerns and they recommended Jim from Astro Termite. Another fantastic company. Seems like the good ones stick together.

I have been using Villa Hills Pest Management for a quite a while now and I am extremely happy with their service. Jeremy & Joanna are fantastic. The are reasonably priced and send reminders of my appointments to spray. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy came out for our initial inspection and treatment today for bugs and tree rats. he was very professional and helpful just as all prior reviews stated. He was thorough - cleaned all spider webs from the eves and elsewhere on the property, set 5 rat traps, inspected my attic space, and showed me home entry points without feeling pushed to buy anything. He answered all my questions, provided recommendations for mosquito control while treating my fruit trees with organic materials, and sprayed heavily outside and treated my houses interior.. I was very satisfied and happy with the service. we've used other well known pest control companies in the past that did not come close to the professional service provided today and were more expensive. I am very happy I found the Villa Hills Pest Management company and believe I will be a long term customer. there's nothing better than a family owned business with superb customer service. thanks Jeremy and Joann
